Empowering Individuals
Newcomers & Participants Empowered
Providing comprehensive intake, assessment, and individualized support plans to a total of 500 clients across all programs.
Integrated into Stability
Placing a minimum of 200 clients into safe housing, dedicated job training programs, or securing stable employment.
Building Foundations
Families Assisted
Providing direct assistance to 75 families with securing stable housing and gaining access to reliable transportation through our ISS partnerships.
Recovery Homes Operated
Operating and sustaining 3 government-partnered recovery homes with RRR/FEAV, providing a safe environment for healing and reintegration
Fostering Economic Independence
Small Businesses Launched
Mentoring and supporting the creation of 50 new small businesses, fostering entrepreneurship among newcomers and rebuilding financial independence.
in Direct Aid
Distributing $150,000 in direct aid for critical needs, including emergency rent, utility payments, and essential transit costs..

Supported in Recovery
