Our Story
FEAV began with a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves a chance to heal, integrate, and prosper with dignity. Based in the vibrant, bilingual community of Gatineau-Ottawa, we recognized a critical need for holistic support that bridges the gaps between government and community services.
We are a bilingual non-profit organization committed to serving the most vulnerable in our community—immigrants, newcomers, and individuals grappling with the complexities of addiction and mental health challenges. By working closely with partners like RRR and coordinating across provincial and governmental programs, we deliver coordinated support to help families and individuals find stability and rebuild their lives.
What We Do
